Log into your Solaris Japan account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Tokyo Hub
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our Tokyo warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
